The Maritime
Trade Surveillance Services Regulation, which came into force on 19 November
2019, regulates the procedures and principles regarding the execution of all
kinds of surveillance services required by maritime trade and the authorization
and supervision of legal entities that will provide surveillance services.
Businesses that will provide maritime surveillance services within the scope of
the Regulation must obtain a maritime surveillance operating authorization
certificate from the General Directorate of Maritime Trade. TSE GLOBAL's
authorization certificate is valid until 16/10/2027.
